These terms apply to use of the public website at eaglettlabs.com. They do not replace the written proposal or agreement for a paid engagement.

Website information

The website provides general information about Eaglett Labs, its capabilities and its published work. Content may be updated or removed without notice. It is not legal, financial, regulatory or other professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.

Project enquiries

Following an email link does not submit an enquiry automatically. Sending an email does not book a consultation, create a client relationship or commit either party to work. If there is a suitable fit, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, responsibilities, timetable, price, payment terms, intellectual-property terms and data handling will be set out in writing before work starts.

Illustrative material

Interface examples and model scores labelled as illustrative are examples of the kind of work or evaluation that may be discussed. They are not client testimonials, case studies, guarantees or performance claims.

External services

The website links to Amazon for book availability and purchasing. Eaglett Labs does not control Amazon’s availability, price, delivery, returns, content or service. Your use of an external site is governed by that provider’s terms.

Availability and acceptable use

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security, introduce malicious code or use its content unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy and original materials are owned by Eaglett Labs or used with permission. You may view and link to public pages for lawful purposes, but may not reproduce substantial content or present it as your own without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Eaglett Labs is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website information, temporary unavailability, or an external service outside its control.
