This notice explains how Eaglett Labs handles personal information received through eaglettlabs.com and the contact email address shown on the site.

Information you choose to send

The website does not contain an enquiry form or customer account. If you email us, we receive the information in your message, such as your name, email address, organisation and project details. Please do not send confidential documents, credentials or sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry.

Why the information is used

Enquiry information is used to reply, assess whether there is a suitable fit, prepare a requested scope or proposal, and keep necessary business records. The relevant basis will normally be taking steps at your request before a contract or a legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.

Website technology and third parties

The site does not set advertising cookies, run behavioural advertising or include a first-party analytics service in its source. The hosting provider may process ordinary server and security logs. Google Fonts receives technical request information, including an IP address, when the site loads its typefaces.
